i need an Electro Frame...(currently using Brightness circle). Can Hucasts equip the Electro Frame?

Electro Frame is very easy in Whitill.

You should not have twice the same ID, I suggest you recreate your low Lv Oran into Whitill or Redria, you'll thank me later =P

Nope, Oran is not that good, it has some very good pipable stuff, though, keep your high Lv Oran, but recreate the other =P

Oran players are rare online, you'd be welcome -_-
