i'm not sure about how many materials each character can use, especially with the tp and hp ones, so i'm just checking if i have this straight

humans: 250 pow, luck, def, mind, evp; 125 tp; 125 hp = total of 500
androids: 150 pow, luck, def, evp; 125 hp = total of 275
newmen: 150 pow, luck, def, mind, evp; 125 tp; 125 hp = total of 400

i'm basically wondering if you can use 125 tp and 125 hp each, or if its tp+hp together can't exceed 125

How do you know its right? Is it posted somewhere else?

that's good because most everywhere i looked said something like:

Total: 250 (or 150 for non-humans)
HP/TP:125

which could be interpreted as, out of your 250 materials up to 125 of them can be hp or tp. or it could mean that you could use 250 and then an additional 125 tp+hp (ex. 60 tp, 65 hp). it was never just stated too clearly.

and becouse humans cant regain hp like androids or tp like newmen by standing still

well all humans have to do is have 4 hp revivals and they can heal themselves by using resta and they got TP. I just don't think that is completely fair.

newmens or androids can do the same and get even more, i think if anything 100 extra matts (it realy is not that big a difference unless they are all in the same place) is the shorter end of the stick, even more so early on
