resting at the beach

im haveing trouble opening the quest resting at the beach
i know its somthing to do with the famitsu quest but i just carnt find out how you open it ive managed to get 700 + kills
does anybody know how to open it
help plz

i think this was a event quest... was it the one with the campfire and voice commands?

then it was only there for a holyday online and you didnt unlock it... i think it was 4th of july? cant remember
