Chao mag

I was looking into making a chao mag, because they're cool and I saw the main site and it said...

Evolution Number:
Level: 100

Heart of Chao & All Stats > 35
Heart of Chao & All Stats > 35

I thought it meant all stats more than 35, but after 0.5 seconds, I realised that 4 x 35 = more than 100, so does it mean that I have to get it to lv100 with all stats under 35? (e.g. 25/25/25/25) Also, does it have to be exactly lv 100 when you use the heart of Chao? And where do you get said heart of chao and how rare are they?

Heart of Chao is got from Jack-o-Lantern (from Hallo Rappy, online only ).
The Chao mag must be over level 100 probably.

Bummer, I have to wait until halloween again... lol, I'll have lost interest by then anyway...

well in case you havent, ill just tell you that to make it all of the stats need to be more then 35, the evolution level is 100 becouse there is none above that, just 0, 10, 35, 50, and 100, it can be anywhere above 100

you have to use the heart when all stats are 35 or above
