Renko and his buddies admitted that it is fake. There is NO corruption code! If you look through those boards you will find a topic from them that admits it's a fake. =/

Its only a matter of time though... Someones going to figure out a killer code eventually. In that situation if i saw them joining i'd pull out the mem card and switch off. Hey, I'd FSOD myself probably but at least you wouldnt get corrupted

LSOD dosent cause corruption because the gome dosent save at the same time it is loading. Your save file isnt modified as the game is loading, but it is saved just afterwards or before. Just switch off and i imagine you would be left with the effects of FSOD

why not just do a soft reset instead? it saves so you dont get the effects of FSOD
