what if a friend gives you a mag cell? can you use it offline if you got it from a friend who has online?

yes, it is a normal item... it is droped as a rare from event monsters, and event monsters are not unlocked offline. so anyone who got what can use it

I remember reading that Skyly and Purplenum could get a mag cell in Ult. Mines on PSOWorld. Is that true or false information(I forget the names, high armor something or other and low armor something or other).
/shrug I'd like that cleared up so I know if I should do lots of mine runs, because I don't particularly like them.
There are some that said the apocalypse would never come. I have arrived. What are they to say now?

go to ragol.co.uk (this site, but not the forum part) click "mags" on the menu... look for one of the rare ep2 mags and click the link, there is a guide
