Asking around for a bit, I was told that my ID, Bluefull, can find it as a rare drop by a dimenian in v. hard Ruins. I'll keep looking.

100 luck is fairly easy to obtain. God/Luck = 30 luck. Most people tend to find roughly 12 - 20 luck mats at least before they max out. So just one god luck would result in 65-70 luck. One more makes 95 - 100. It's really not that hard. As long as you're patient enough to pipe for love rappies!

I believe on one of my characters I have around 65 base line luck, yeah as Mini-bert said, It's not really THAT hard; just be patient, don't use every material you find when you find it (at any one time I probably keep 60 or so materials in my bank just in case I need them) and wait till you get some master or hero abilities they help alot in the luck area.
