is the weapon nei's claw (as in a claw that belonged to nei) or nei claw(as in the claw from the legendary nei set)

It's so unfair...Nei's claw looks awesome and its only for HUnewerls. And not only that, its got excellent stats to boot. Sigh...why do they get all the neat-looking exclusive weapons...*cough* Heart of Poumn too...
