Actuly you can get some of them without hacking

All the rings I mentioned above are obtainable legitly
The RED ring is a hack and boosts all stats, but cant confirm for sure as I dont use hacks

I hack, red ring is ONLY obtained legitly, nearly EVERY hacker(besides the n00bs) have Red Ring for its the best UNLEGIT shield in the game...
I however am not sure about the stats, i will check on that soon

not realy, they are equaly illegle.

and the red ring for gc is a hack, the other ones are not (i dont think the blue or green ones are unlocked in a quest yet...)

as for x-box, same for red ring but a few less should be unlocked as it is behing gc

dream cast had all the rings unlocked but i think the online server went down so you cant get them anymore...

i have no clue about the pc vr.

If you get a ring that wasn't put onto the game to begin with, then go offline, does that ring get downloaded into the disc or something? Or were they all programmed in so the game knew what stats it gave etc.?

no, it was in the game but there was no way to get it, all they need to do is put a way to get it online and the game will allredy know the ring

The Red Ring gives 20 to every stat (not sure about resistances) it sounds weak but it gives +20 to ATA which is more than a God/Arm that is all it's really worth.
