The name sounds cool, but i've never found any description, or saw what you could with it, so does anybody no what it is? i've been collecting PD for something i don't even no what it is....

i belive it adds %s but i am not completely sure

i thought it added a special ability and some percentages to ur weapon

It adds percentages, though I, who is not online, will probably never have to opportunity to use one.
