If I could change anything...
I think you should be able to get a customisable weapon to be honest. Like the S Ranks...except you are made to ration out the stats (E.G: Saber - You are given 200 points to ration out, and you can add points to the ATP and ATA or others until you have used all 200 points. After you make the stats, you cant edit them [unless grinders are used].) You could then edit colours, designs etc and name it to make your own weapon.
That would be quite cheap to use though.
PSO 1+2 Characters:

I can get online but I choose not to go online as I'm not paying a monthly fee just so my character can get hacked. I lost a lvl 98 character on the DC version thanks to a hacker and have not played online since. Sad

You have 90% on a weapon, your mag lv is way off 200. So I don't know why you said that

Or give it to someone needy of a mouse shaped stat booster. Jeez..
