Very simple quiestion:
How is this card good?
Episode III Schedule:
**All in PST**
Sunday: All Day
Monday: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM. 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Wednesday: Same as Monday
Thursday: Same as Tuesday
Friday: N/A
Saturday: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Well I've never seen a Rich +..... I didn't know there were such items in this game...but it adds cards to your hand from your "library". So, actually, it rules.

It's good. I have the guide on the cards. Better than Rich, I guess, Costs less too, although nowadays online rich only costs 1. Heh. Man. I really need to start leveling Nova up a bit more. Wanna get all my old S ranks again...

What does Rich+ do? Does it add 7 cards to your hand or something?

No. It isn't really all that great. It costs 2, lasts infinite turns, and has the ability: Draw less-All players can only draw up to four new cards. Does not affect the max hand size.

I can see the idea behind the card. If you combine it with Hand Disruptor and discard cards you can reduce your opponants hand size meaning less of everything. It could also be used to stop an opponant, that you have on the ropes, burning through his/her deck for defence or items/creatures.
All cards have a use, even if some of them are very limited.
