Yes I have noticed that the GBA section has being getting quite big, I like especially when they bring back old games that the systems are too old for. As soon as they remake super metroid im gonna get it =p. Bringing back the oldies is the best idea as people loved those games. I have noticed that the cube section has been growing smaller, but for certain reasons. The store is lacking the time of ordering the games. The other game companies buy the space of the shelves for themselves. and nintendo isnt making that many games right now, due to the massive adventure game that will be coming out soon.

Just thought I throw my opinion in since I do actually work at a game store. Although it is true that the selection is getting smaller for GC, it is by no means dying as many think. GC games sell just as well as PS2 and XBOX but its just hard for store to carry alot since they move over time, instead of bolting off the shelves and having to restock a week later to only have the extras sit there...*cough*...Halo 2...*cough*. And as for quality of games and dedication of consumers, heres a little statistic based on our stores. We've had 12 used copies of Halo 2 come in so far, 9 GTA San Andreas and 2 Metroid Primes. All three games sold really well, but it seems that the Metroids hold more playability, no? Not to put down those other two games, Halo 2 and GTA are great games but it seems their customer basis is much more than gamers (partly composed of non-gamers looking for a quick thing to do and then getting rid of it.) But either way you look at it, Nintendo will always stay in the market with their great games even though it may look as though they are struggling.

the olny reason people dont like the gamecube as much is that they have three games for online they need to fix the online for there next system and then thell sell more

I'd say gamecube is drowning but not dead. A system is only dead once like 1 or 2 games come out every 6 months imo

. Like n64 and dreamcast in their last days

I think its a shame about the GC since my DC its the most fun ive had out of a console, the XBOX an PS2 are great but the GC games are just so goddam fun ie Mario sunshine,Metroid,Zelda WW,Final fantasy CC,It would be a shame to see GC go down the same road as DC.

Trust me, GC is not going to fade out like N64 and DC did.
