As we seem to be gaining members faster than usual, I think we should enter a rule that no less than 3 MAJOR SC members have to see a candidate before he is allowed to enter...
They will include me, and two others whom I wil notify...
We shall PM the new recruit with one suitable question each and if we recieve an answer to our liking, they will be introduced to the clan...
(*2 of the 3 have to be satisfied)
Potential return to glory with PSO2?

I dont think it should be made too difficult for people to join, but i do think it would be a good idea to have some kind of recruitment system.
