Everyone has a sterotype of everywhere and everything..........here in America, you Brits are seen as having bad teeth, saying 'biscut' when you mean cookie and having 'tea time' every day. We have sterotypes here in the US worse.........My teacher told me a story about when she went to Chicago. She went in to a clothing store to buy some clothes, when she asked the clerk for assistance the clerk said "Where are you from?" my teacher responds "Kentucky" the clerk came from behind the counter and looks down at her feet (apparently we don't wear shoes). Without missing a beat my teacher goes "Ma said I should wear my Sunday school shoes since we came to the city."
Stero types are everywhere..........we see the War in Iraq as ungrateful Muslims being liberated while the world looks down at us........the reason the people chose Bush as President is because the majority sees him as the "common's mans man" even though, in fact, he is probably retarded.

And don't forget that just because he 'repented' he is now a good
completely clean man...
Stereotypes are everywhere and you aren't going to get around them so you just have to learn to live with them and if you can make fun of them!!!

That comment's a bit stereotyping about Americans. I disagree. We can have fat lazy Britons, too. Also, Cooldude, that image wasn't really suitable for all age groups, was it?
