A person is either from the US or the EU, also, they're 2 completely different locations.
Since US had the game first, they got a head-start on the whole cheating issue, because some of the cheaters felt intimidated that the JP players were better than them, and that they couldn't slag them off in a commonly used language, unless they spoke Kanji or something similar.
I just hope the next PSO games are moderated.
Incidently, how did that turn out with Blue Burst, did the moderation do any good?

I think Sega should scrounge down the back of their sofa and collect all their money and let a capable company host the online factors of the next PSO, (and the current ones), any suggestions, Microsoft have the money, but beyond that I'm not so sure, (also, they'd demand the next one be an X-Box 2 exclusive probably).
I've heard good things about Valve, I was told they moderate CounterStrike and do an average job.

i decided to play pso online today and there was no vega block 1 it was gone i was happy so very happy some one actually doing something
