This is the fourth story, probably the weakest in my opinion. Nonetheless....
Formalities: All characters in my story are mine. Do not copy them, unless you ask me for permission, or happen to be called Mini_Bert. heheheh...
Prologue AUW-2035:
After some more minor adventures, DarkMagician settled down with Sakura, and they had a child. They named her Terra. Currently, ten years have passed since then, Terra is now 10 years old, and lives up to her legacy. She is already more intelligent than Infinete and Pete, and her magic is a force to be reckoned with. One day, she was sitting quietly alone, reading DarkMagician's spellbooks, when a letter landed on the floor, through the window...
Chapter 1: Ransom Notes And Plots -city tune-Phantasy star 2-
"What was that noise?" Terra said to herself, as she ran towards the front door. "Huh. Nothing here..." She turned around, and saw it. A letter underneath a windowsill. "Hmm..." She said to herself, as she picked it up. "To Sakura and DarkMagician: HELP! We have been kidnapped by a NEW EVIL! He tells us to write a ransom for him, maybe he is lazy or illiterate...anyway! If you do not pay 5 million meseta, he will kill us! He said he would wait at The Butterfly Tree for whoever.
P.S-wear a helmet or something. Disguise yourselves! signed-ROB, Ultima, Infinete and DAN...Oh dear...I'd better show Dad..." With that, she ran through to find DarkMagician...
She was searching the kitchen, "Da-ad! Where are you!?!" She smelt something good. "Mm...what is that?" She wandered over to take a look. "Hey...what's this?" There was a magical glow emenating from behind the fire. "I wonder...?" Terra whispered, as she stepped through he wall... Terra stepped out, into a dark room, bubbling with magic and a large cauldron in the centre. She spotted a familiar figure hunched over the cauldron..."Aha! There you are father!" She shouted in success. "Damn...how did you find me!??" He groaned. "It doesn't matter. Take a look at this letter." She handed it to him. "Hmm...kidnapped, eh?....5 million meseta? I guess we will have to pay though..." "What!?!" Terra shouted. "Listen, Terra...I am going to pay. I am getting a little old for adventure, and rescues..." DarkMagician started. Terra screamed at him, "What!?! That does not sound like the old DarkMagician I was told of. The one who defeated his father, Sephiroth! Now you sound like an old man! Well if you will give up, I'm gonna go and save them myself!" Terra ran through the magical doorway again. "Wait...Terra! Dammit! She has a point though..."
She ran upstairs to her bedroom. "Ahh, here we go!" She mused, as she picked up the helmet she'd hidden. She put it on, and walked to the front door. "I'd like to see him recognise me now!" As she was about to exit, Sakura came out of the bathroom. "...Terra!? Why are you dressed up with a helmet on?" She asked confused. "No time mum. I'll be back soon! Bye!" Terrs shouted, running outside. Sakura shrugged and walked back into the kitchen...
Terra ran to the garden's tree. It was covered in butterflies, and as she looked, she saw a dark figure underneath...
Chapter 2: The First Meeting -Tricktrack part1-Phantasy star online-
He stood there, alone, cold. A short figure, clad in black armor with a black helmet, looking forward to a long, bitter night. He looked up to the sky. "Rainfall...perfect...what?" Terra ran up to him, out of breath. He looked down. "Hmm...would you be the courior sent by DarkMagician with the ransom money?" She got her breath back. "What? *huff* YOUR the one who stopped those guys and held them prisoner!?! You look too young to beat them...I'll bet you are not much older than me..." The figure jumped up in rage. "SHUT UP! Anyway...I'll go kidnap Sakura next. She may be worth more to DarkMagician..." Terra frowned under her helmet. "NO!!!I'll not let you!" The figure was silent for a moment. He then sighed and spoke, "Why do you care? and who ARE you anyway?" "I am Ter...uhh..." She froze. That was too close for her. "I am...a friend of his. I am known as...Teranis." The figure shrugged, "Hmmm...well I am not interested in taking you then. I have most of his friends already, and anyway, I heard he has a beautiful daughter. Her name was...aaa..uhh...little help?" Terra sighed, "She is called Terra..." The figure clapped his hands "Yeah...that's it! She would be worth loads I bet! Anyway, if you want to see them again, bring the money to my home. If you are unsure, I left a map on the floor. Follow the instructions carefully...Farewell!" He turned to leave. Terra called after him, "Wait, what is your name anyway???" she shouted. He stopped, and turned round slowly. "...? Why do you care?" "Uh...DarkMagician always said to know your enemy..." She said to him. He thought for a moment. "mmm...good logic...Well...I suppose...*ahem* I am known by many names, Yami, Shadow, but I am usually known as...Robin. Now...I bid you goodbye...Teranis..." He left her, alone under the tree, and an ever-so-slight smile formed on his lips...
"...and three steps west...Ahh...I see!" Terra said out loud to herself, as a portal suddenly appeared in front of her. She leapt in without a thought. As she went through, she began to think of what her mother and father were doing to save their friends. A moment later, she landed inside a sort of crypt. "Oh my!" She said startled, "Is this where he lives? What a dump! Hey, what's that over there..." She wandered over to a wall, which emenated a faint magic. "Heh, he has to do better than that!" She thought, as she walked through...

Chapter 3: A Rescue Attempt -Medusa's tower-Phantasy star 1-
"Well, well...I found you!" Terra said aloud to the group of hunters in the prison she was now in. "Who...are you?" Ultima asked. "What? Don't you recognise me? Oh wait..." She took her helmet off. "Terra!?! What in the blue hells are you doing here!?!" Infinete shouted aghast. "Sshh!" Ultima whispered. "HE might hear you!" He turned to Terra. "Great job Terra! Now...pull that lever to free us!...I think..." She nodded, as she put her helmet back on. "Nnngh...it's rusty..." She shouted to them. "Hold on a moment...Terra, stand still..." Ultima shouted. "SHIFTA!" ROB laughed out loud, "Now try Terra! Hahahah. Ultima's shifta makes even the weakest person immensely powerful." She nodded, "Okay...here I go." She pulled it once, and it fell over to her side, shattered, but they were free! "Great work you two!" ROB said, picking up his weapon, "Indeed. But one thing puzzles me...where is DarkMagician?" Infinete chipped in. "....." Terra went silent. "Let's go kick that kid's butt!" Ultima shouted. "Wait!" Terra called to them. "???" "You guys wait a while...I will speak with him first, when I say, attack then!" "...alright! We will wait here." Infinete said, frowning. "But save us a piece, won't you?" Ultima asked her. "Sure..." She called back, as she walked to the next room...
As Terra walked down another passageway, she saw many things that were unspeakable. Rag rappy being sacrificed to a grass assassin, scenes from pioneer 1 as Dark Falz obliterated it, and some that even made her close her eyes. She ran through, and entered another room. This one appeared to be a bedroom...of sorts. It had torture equipment everywhere, and the bed itself was a coffin! As she looked around, in shock, a figure in a cage called out to her. "...Terra...is that...you?" Terra froze, and walked up to the cage. "Mom!? So he DID take you as he said! Are you alright!?!" Terra blurted out. "Yes...I am fine Terra, he has not done more than knock me out and take me here. Terra, I beg you, go home! I do not want you getting involved! He is too strong...even for us..." Terra shook her head. "No! I came this far, and I intend to find out what is going on. Now..." She walked over, hitting a hidden button on the wall. "...you are free! Go back and find Ultima and the rest. Wait with them, I'll be back soon!" Sakura lowered her head. ".....be careful my daughter....." She whispered as she walked out. Terra opened the next door and walked through...
Chapter 4: Betrayal And Battle -battle tune-Phantasy star 2-
Terra stepped into a pitch-black room. A lone figure stood over a book. "...Welcome Teranis. You took your time...I trust you have the money?" Robin called to her, without turning. Terra frowned, as she walked forward slowly, "...Robin...I would see where you are before I can give you the money..." "Of course...LIGHT!" He shouted, as the lights came on. Terra came over quickly, and he turned around to face her. He had his helmet off, and she saw his head for the first time. He looked the same age as her, and had light blond hair. "So that's what you look like, hm?" Terra said quietly. "Yes...anyway, the meseta?" He asked. "Ah yes...the money...here it is..." She said slowly, reaching into her pocket, readying a Foie spell. Robin was impatient. "Hurry up and give it to me already!" She smirked. "Okay, if you say so...FOIE!" She cast it at his head, but somehow he dodged it at the last moment. "What!?! Howcome!?!" Terra blurted amazed. "You've gotta do better than that fool! You think you can stop me, alone!? Remove your helmet, so that I may see the face of the one I will destroy!" He boomed. Terra shrugged, "Fine..." She took it off. Robin nearly jumped. "You...you're Terra! I can tell, I'd recognise DarkMagician's prodigy anywhere! You're mine!" He shouted, dashing towards her. "NOW!" She shouted, as Ultima, Infinete, ROB and Sakura ran in. "What!?! You...! Fine! It matters not! I shall destroy all of you!" Robin screamed at them. "I think not..." Someone called out. "What!? Who is that? Come out!" DarkMagician stepped out from his hiding place. "YOU! FORGET YOU LOT! DARKMAGICIAN! YOU ARE MINE!" Robin shouted enraged, leaping to the attack...
Robin slashed wildly at DarkMagician, who neatly dodged it, and counter-attacked with a grants. Robin fell to one knee, clothes smoking. "Damn...you...!" He yelled, as he dashed at DarkMagician again. "This is pathetic..." DarkMagician yawned, as he uppecutted Robin. He flew into the stone wall, and landed heavily. Robin got up again, bleeding, and screamed at them, "You...you think this is over!? I will flee...for now...but I shall return...Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!" He dashed downstairs. "Stop!" Terra shouted, chasing him. "Wait a moment Terra!" DarkMagician started, but she had already left...

Chapter 5: The Time-Portal ---
Terra ran into the next room, just in time to see Robin leap into a portal, "Oh no you don't!" Terra shouted, jumping in as well. It closed behind them, as DarkMagician and the rest entered. "No! We're too late! They are both lost..."
When Terra emerged, she found herself alone in a stone corridor. "Now where did that little creep go and hide himself?" She said to herself. She walked along the corridor, which turned right repeatedly. "Must be a spiral...I bet he's at the middle!" Terra thought to herself. She arrived at the middle point; a small room, with a lake covering the floor and...a tall helmetted person... As she approached, he began talking to himself. "I-I...have changed...I am older!" She stood behind him. "...Robin?" He span around. "What? Who are you?.....Terra?!?" Terra looked surprised, "What is going on!? Why do you not recognise me?" She looked down at herself for the first time. The ground was much further down, and she had developed muscles. Terra raised her eyebrows in surprise. Robin said bitterly, "You must have followed me through my time-portal! Dammit! I was too slow escaping...and now..." "What now? Are you going to try to kill me again?" "....." Terra sighed. "Well?" She asked. "No...I shall not..." "Why?" "Because...time has changed me..." "Oh REALLY?" "YES REALLY! Do not push your luck woman!" "What!?!...you acknowledged me as a woman...no-one else has...why?" "Because I SENSE IT. You have become powerful! More so than DarkMagician himself, perhaps! Nearly as strong...as...me.....!!!" "Oh. What do I look like anyway?" "*mumbles* pretty..." "What was that?" "Pretty much the same as before, but adult sized." Terra stared at him. "Quit it Terra. Anyway, if we take this portal here, we can travel in time. I propose a temporary alliance for now, until we escape." "Fine...Let's go!" Terra replied, as she leapt into the portal...
Chapter 6: Travels In Time ---
They stepped out. "Where are we?...the forest?" Terra asked, as she looked around. "Looks like it...!!! NO! DarkMagician!!!" Robin said, as he saw DarkMagician run past him. "He ignored us...Are we invisible?" He asked. Then it dawned on him, "Oh wait...they cannot see us, we are in the past! Heh." "Come on, let's follow!" Terra shouted, while she ran ahead. They stopped under a tree. DarkMagician was crouched, holding a dead purple rappy. "DarkRappy...I'll avenge you someday..." DarkMagician said to himself. "What the hell!?!" Terra and Robin said simultanoeusly. As DarkMagician ran off, another portal opened. They looked at each other, shrugged, and ran inside...
They reappered, exactly where they were. "Okay...this shouldn't have happened..." Robin said slowly. Just then, DarkMagician, Ultima and ROB walked towards them. "What is happening now?" Terra asked. "Sshh..watch." Robin hissed. DarkMagician was glowing with magic, and it seemed as though his magic was focusing in a crystal. It glowed intensely, as it hit the floor. A bright flash later, and Sakura stood there. "M-MOM!?!" Terra burst out. "Who are you?" DarkMagician asked. "I...what? I am human? Why is this? I used to be an animal..." "Really? Well, which type?" "I was...a...rappy." "What!?" "Yes...a rappy...a special purple rappy..." "No...I-it cannot be! Dark...Rappy!?!!?" A smile broke across the woman's face. "N-NO! These are lies! Mother could never have..." Terra shouted, in disbelief. "It's true... Time does not lie. Verrry interesting though...your past...Gyahahah!" Robin said, smirking under his helmet. "Whatever... Another portal has appeared. Come on!" They leapt in...
This time, they were at a cave. DarkMagician sat there, holding an unconscious Sakura. He placed her under the waterfall. "Now when was this?" Terra asked. "Let me check...Incantis...Morte...Imperia!" Robin cast magic symbols in the air, and a vision appeared to him. Terra could not understand it, "Well?" "Okay...basically...These two fell out after DarkMagician got hurt tryingto save Sakura. She ran off, he followed, and he found her knocked out. Now he has revived her by the water...understand?" "Hmm...not TOO shabby I suppose..." "Huh...you are just jealous of my power...Oh wait! This is getting good!" They listened. "But...why did you save me though after earlier?" Sakura asked. "Ha! Get out of this situation DarkMagician!" Robin said laughing. "Well...ermmurrahayeh! I knew those guys would NEVER forgive me if you were killed!" DarkMagicicn said quickly. Terra moaned, "That is low...he's even looking away" "Oh..." Sakura said. Robin laughed, "She wanted him, even then." "ROBIN!!!" Terra screamed. "Calm down Terra...I was only joking...maybe! Hahahahahah!" "Oh I HATE you! You are the worst!" "I wonder if that is true..." "And WHAT are you implying by that!?!" She screamed, putting up her fists. Robin leapt away, as she swung at him, "Heh-heh, nothing...anyway, I learn quickly now how to control time, let us see YOUR past! Mwuhahahahah!" "No...you could never..." "Follow me!" Robin said laughing cruelly, as they stepped into the next portal...
Now they were at DarkMagician's home. A young Terra was sitting in a bath. "Ohh...I don't like being made to wash!" She said to herself. Terra felt as though her face had turned pure red. "MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!" Robin burst out laughing, "I had not anticipated this..." The vision continued, "Where are mummy and daddy anyway?" Terra sighed, and tried to explain, "I was...a little odd back then..." Robin fell silent. "Hey, what is that glow?" "Now when WAS this? Oh yeah! This was when I got..." "COOL! A magic staff! Mummy and daddy already have one, so they won't mind. Hee-hee-hee!" Terra walked stealthily behind Robin. "Heh, she was cute back then....maybe still is..." "Oh really?" "WHAT? You...AARRRGH! Don't sneak up on me!!!" Terra started laughing. "Are you embarressed, Robin?" "Dammit! I was surprised! Anyway, we should go through this portal, I know not where it goes, but I imagin it is the end..." They walked in...
"...Where are we?" Terra asked quietly. They stood in a dark room with a pit in the floor. In the centre, two figures fought. One in black armor, the other... "DarkMagician!?!" A small boy clad in normal clothes ran up to the hole. "Father!" It called out. "Robin...is this your past?" Terra asked. "....." Just then, Adameon collapsed dead from a silver chain, and DarkMagician absorbed his soul. "NO! he-he's killed him! DarkMagician's killed my father!" The young Robin screamed. "What!? It was NOT DarkMagician that killed him!? I have been mistaken.....no....." "I will avenge you father, that I promise! I shall wear your armor, close my heart, and KILL DARKMAGICIAN!" Another portal appeared. Robin walked in silently. "....Robin...." Terra said quietly, as they walked in.

Chapter 7: Return To The Present ---
When they stepped out, they were in DarkMagician's home again "So....you brought her back? Why?" DarkMagician asked. "Whew....we made it then." Terra said relieved. "As I travelled through time with your daughter, Terra, I gained not just strength, but knowledge and wisdom! I see that revenge was petty...but...Now I am unsure as to what I should do..." Robin replied. "Well, I recognise you now! You are the son of Adameon, are you not?" "What!?!" Ultima shouted. "I do not know what to do anymore...you may choose my fate, I have lost my way..." Robin said quietly. DarkMagician pulled out his staff. "Then...as you must be as evil as your father, I'll send you to hell to meet him!" Terra grabbed his arm, "Wait father! Stop!" "What!?! Terra! Let go! I must destroy him! He is evil..." DarkMagician started. "You are wrong! I have been with him. I saw his grief, and he has changed. He was mistaken, he thought YOU killed his father! He is a decent person! He never attacked me once! Ultima, ROB, did he ever attack you!?" "No." ROB said. Ultima shook his head. "And Mother, how did he treat you?" Terra shouted. Sakura thought for a moment, "He kept me in a cage...but made sure I was comfortable..." "Exactly! See dad, he is a good person inside..." "You are wrong! You...you have become infatuated!" DarkMagician shouted. "W-what!?!" Terra was taken aback. "Enough, this ends now!" "No! Leave him alone! He is my friend!" Robin openly flinched then. "Terra...you called me...friend..." "Terra! Move or BE moved!" DarkMagician commanded. "STOP YOU TWO! I will decide my fate, not you! DarkMagician. I have seen your past, how you met Sakura, that time in the caves, DarkRappy's death and so on. Your lovely daughter Terra has been with me, and now that I finally have a friend in this empty world, I can die happily. You may do with me as you wish." DarkMagician fell silent. "Well?" Robin asked. "...I will let Terra decide..." DarkMagician said slowly. "Let him live!" Terra said triumphantly. "Why?" DarkMagician asked. "......" "Why Terra?" "...Terra?" Robin asked. "Oh dear...I think...that maybe...DarkMagician was right..." Sakura said slowly. "....." DarkMagician span round to face her. "What!? But she is just a child...she cannot..." "You are wrong! The time portals have changed us both. Do you not see? We have aged! We are now adults!" Robin boomed. "....." "And anyway...Terra is not interested in me...I am just a...friend...right Terra?" Terra looked up. "Y-yes." DarkMagician gave up. "Well...that is alright then....as long as he does not try to commit evil acts, he may visit us..." "Visit!?! Surely the house is big enough for hi..." Terra started, as DarkMagician coughed loudly. "He can visit every weekend." "WHAT!?!?! There is a spare bed in my room! He could stay here..." DarkMagician knocked the floor with his staff in anger, "Terra! Now you're pushing it!!!" "Calm down everyone...look, as you two will squabble for long, I shall ask Sakura instead. She has stayed neutral, and she owns half the house anyway. Sakura?" Robin called. Sakura walked over to them. "I do not mind you staying here Robin..." "...Really? Well...maybe I have finally found paradise..." Robin said to himself, as he explored his new home. DarkMagician was having a heart attack nearly, "OH MY GOD! YOU LET HIM STAY!?! IN YOUR OWN DAUGHTER'S BEDROOM!?! ARE YOU MAD!?!" Terra shrugged, and spoke, "Relax dad. That's no way to treat your son-in-law! HAHAHAHH!!!!!" Sakura started laughing too, as did Ultima and Infinete. "B-BUT...IT...YOU...WHY...AAAAAGHH!!!!!" DarkMagician screamed, as he pulled his hair...
Chapter 8: Peace Is Restored...Or Is It? ---
Terra found Robin upstairs, in her bedroom. "Well, that's that sorted!" She said happily. "Thank you, Terra..." Robin replied. "Hey Robin, why do you still have your helmet on?" "Uh..." "Take it off, I want to see what you look like as an adult!" "But I do not know myself..." "Please?" ".....Very well...seeing as how you saved me..." Robin said slowly, as he removed his helmet. Terra looked at him as an adult for the first time, his hair had grown longer, to his shoulders, and was a dark blonde colour. His face had changed as well. "Well? Have I changed at all?" Robin asked her. "Mmhmm...you look...different...to before..." Terra said, holding up her mirror. "Well! I do look different! Heh, now I am confident I can go out there and find some beautiful women!" "Robin! Are you saying I am not!?!" "Heh-heh-heh! I am only teasing Terra, why do you care?" Terra stopped. She turned away, blushing. Robin shrugged. "Lost interest in talking to me then?" ".....Hey, hold on. Why is it that Ultima, Infinete and ROB were defeated by you, when you were defeated by DarkMagician so easily?" "Oh that? I let him win." "Why!?!" "If I killed him then, I wouldn't have had any fun...I wanted to make him suffer..." "...worrying..." "Oh. You have nothing to fear, I'll not kill you.....maybe, Mwuhahahahah!" Terra backed off. Robin walked up to the door. "No sign of DarkMagician yet...Hey uh, Terra....don't get the wrong idea, but take this." He held out a magical globe covered in scintillating colours, in his hand. "What is it? It's beautiful!" Terra said in awe. "It is a...charm I created. I designed so as to remember what beauty was like when I was in my old home... Enjoy." She put her hand over his for a moment, then took the globe. "Thank you, Robin. I was right. You are not evil, you are just lonely..." "....." "Well, not anymore, you can be sure of that!" Terra said happily. "So...perhaps he is not evil after all..." DarkMagician said, stepping out of the shadows. "What!?! You spied on us!?" Terra shouted. Sakura and the rest stepped out. "W-What is going on!?!" Robin shouted.
"We have decided, if you wish to stay with Terra you must defeat us all at once. Who knows, if you defeat DarkMagician, we may let you marry her..." Sakura said slowly. "But that isn't going to happen..." DarkMagician added. "Fine...let us step outside, into the forest. Terra, you come watch." "But...fine..." They stepped outside. The sun was setting, as they got ready to battle...
*NOTE: THE FIGHT IS EDITTED OUT. I HAD TRIED A NEW METHOD OF WRITING FIGHTS, BUT IT IS TOO LONG. I SHALL POST IT UP LATER*
The fight was long and bloody, and though he faced incalculable odds, Robin eventually gained the upper hand, and knocked DarkMagician out. Suddenly, his eyes glazed over, and he pulled out his sword. Just as he brought it down over DarkMagician's head, Sephiroth stepped in. "How dare you harm my son! You shall die!" Robin shook his head, and looked at him confused, "Eh? Wh-what's going on? Why is my sword out?? Was I going to...kill him?" Sephiroth drew his sword. "No!" Terra called out. Sephiroth turned to face her, as Robin's eyes glazed over once more. He smacked Sephiroth on the back of his head, turned back to stab DarkMagician again. "NO! DON'T DO IT!!!" Robin's eyes returned again, as he dropped his sword to the floor with a clang...
Robin looked down. "Was I about to...kill him?" "Yes. Thank goodness you stopped." Terra said relieved. "It was not me that willed it, I keep being possessed by someone...AAAGH!" He clutched his head. "W-who are you? ....F-father!?! Leave me be! I will not bow to your will! Stop it! NOOO!" He fell to the floor. Terra ran over, as DarkMagician woke up. "What is going on?...Robin?" He said, as he saw Robin clutching his head on the floor. "Adameon, leave me! I will not let you harm my friends! GAAH! Stop! GKK..." DarkMagician leapt up, "He is possessed by Adameon! Sakura, Ultima, we must destroy Robin while he is vulnerable." Terra shouted, "NO! Wait! He may get rid of him himself." "....." Robin lay on the floor, still shouting to himself "Father...go...away! That's it! HhhraaaAAAAIIIIIHH!!!" A bright flash burst out from Robin. "I can't see!" Infinete cried. After a minute, the flash receded. Robin sat there, smiling for the first time. "I did it! I got rid of Adameon! I am free!!!" He cried out happily. Terra helped him up. "Good job Robin..." Suddenly Robin froze. "What's wrong now!?" Ultima asked. A cruel smile played over Robin's face. "DarkMagician...I just remembered...something about 'If you wish to stay, you must defeat all of us.' Well? I did! And...'If you can defeat DarkMagician, we may let you marry her!' So what now?" Sakura and DarkMagician flinched. "What now?" DarkMagician hissed to Sakura. "We must keep our promises!" She hissed back. "But.....Oh, to hell with it! Robin!" DarkMagician called out. Robin walked over. "I hereby decree that Robin, son of Adameon, may stay here forever, and I give him permission to marry my daughter Terra!" Robin smiled, as he and DarkMagician shook hands...
Epilogue:
Barely a month after ejecting Adameon's consciousness, Robin proposed to Terra. She immediately said yes, to the delight of her parents and friends...

Possibly my best story yet. This one was so good, even Albert said so. So there. Actually I forget, but what the hell...
Notes: This story is also original, and nearly all characters are mine. This is the story of the third generation, and is also DarkMagician's last adventure...
Prologue: After DarkMagician spared Robin, he allowed him to stay with him. Eventually, DarkMagician's daughter Terra married Robin and soon gave birth to a boy. All seemed well...
The year now is 2058, DarkMagician and Sakura are both growing old, as are the rest of his friends. Terra and Robin were adventuring with their now-adult son, Rhys when a mysterious light appeared in front of them...
Chapter 1: A Bad Feeling -Overworld tune, 1 character-Phantasy Star 3:G.O.D
-
"What do you think this could be, Terra?" Robin asked her calmly. "I don't know...should we try to touch it?" She suggested. Suddenly, a robotic voice was heard, "Whoever finds this capsule, listen carefully...I am ROB:type-08. Myself and Ultima are in dire need. We have been set upon by a new enemy. We cannot kill them, and we are running out of time. We are going to drop this here, and flee to the ruins. Please hurry!....*crackle* No! They're here.....run Ultima!....*sounds of running, followed by explosions and shooting*....." The capsule went silent. "This can not be good..." Robin said slowly. "We'd better tell DarkMagician. Maybe he can help..." Terra started. "Right. Terra, you and I shall get DarkMagician. Rhys...you stay here." Robin commanded. As Robin and Terra went out of view, Rhys pulled out his short sword, "Not likely. I shall have a look for myself!" He thought, as he ran towards the ruins...
Terra and Robin arrived at DarkMagician's home, and as they entered, Sakura greeted them. "hello Terra...?...what's the matter? and where is Rhys?" Terra took a breath, "Mother, where is DarkMagician? We must tell him about a capsule..." DarkMagician walked in. His hair had now turned white, and he wore glasses. "...the capsule that ROB left? I already know. I had a vision last night of this, but I did not believe it would happen..." Robin raised his eyebrows, and spoke up. "Anyway, what shall we do?" DarkMagician took his glasses off and put them in his pocket, "Sakura, round everyone else up, Terra and Robin, run back to the ruins. Rhys is already there if my vision was correct. I shall teleport myself there...understood?" Terra was shocked, "Rhys is there!?! We told him to wait for us! He has never actually fought a real enemy...let alone one powerful enough to rout ROB and Ultima..." "Anyway, let's go! Quickly Terra! We can still stop him!" Robin shouted as he ran out the door...
Rhys walked through, into the ruins. He entered a large chamber. He looked around, there were scorch marks and bullet holes in the walls. "Getting a bad feeling about this, Rhys?" A voice called out from the shadows. "Who's there? Come out and show yourself!" The figure stepped out... "You...Why are you here old man? Hahah! Leave this to me!" Rhys laughed out. DarkMagician frowned "I may be old, but I am still the most powerful out of us all, so turn back Rhys! I'll not let you pass!" Rhys snorted, "No chance! It's about time I had an adventure of my own! So...move grandfather!" DarkMagician smiled, "Rhys is as stubborn as I used to be..." He thought to himself. "Rhys, I will make you a deal. If you can defeat me in a fight, I will let you pass alone. If you lose, I escort you further in. Deal?" Rhys frowned, then laughed, "Hahahah! Alright then DarkMagician. I will beat you up, and you can leave it all to me. Have at you!" He drew his sword...
They stood there, in silence. DarkMagician pulled out his glasses, and cleaned them as Rhys charged. He put them on, and cast a foie at Rhys, who somehow evaded it. "Good, Rhys. Most cannot dodge that foie. Now....eat....this!" DarkMagician shouted, as he cast a boosted Shifta on himself. They leapt at each other, Rhys slashed upwards with his sword, DarkMagician punched downwards. They both landed flat on the floor. ""Ugh..." DarkMagician said, as he started to get up, but by this time Rhys was already charging him. *shhwish* Rhys' sword cut DarkMagician's arm deeply. "AAgh!" DarkMagician shouted, as Rhys laughed, "Do you submit now DarkMagician? You're too old for thi...AAGH!" DarkMagician punched Rhys upwards. "Idiot! Never give your foe another chance by taunting!" DarkMagician yelled, as he teleported above Rhys. He kicked him downwards again, and Rhys hit the floor with great force. DarkMagician landed silently on his toes next to Rhys' battered body. "Well? Am I still too old, Rhys?" He asked slowly. Rhys snorted a laugh, as DarkMagician cast Resta on them both. "Come on, we'd better hurry!" DarkMagician said, worried for his friends. "Oh, one last thing..." He held his hand out, a small phial lay there. "Take this! It is my Final Remedy. I have worked on it for a year. It will resurrect you, heal you, boost your power, and make you invulnerable for 10 seconds. Be warned, you can only use it twice however!" Rhys took it curiously. "Come...let's go!" DarkMagician called, as he ran on...
Chapter 2: An Old Friend Is Lost... -The Nearest Place To The Heaven part 1-Phantasy Star Online-
Terra and Robin arrived at the same time as Sakura and the rest. "That was quick!" Robin said aghast at Sakura's speed. "Let's see...better check our forces...heh...what do we have?" Robin queried. An aged PETE spoke up. "As far as we know, Rhys and DarkMagician are both in there up ahead, ROB and Ultima are being hunted by a new enemy, and out here we have myself, you, Terra, Sakura, Sleppy, Infinete and DAN. Jamie is on holiday, as are Aeris and Sephiroth. Kaiser and Sabur have killed each other through constant battling, and Nei is exploring elsewhere. Things aren't looking good..." PETE shook his head, Terra then spoke, "Okay...I make that...9 of us are searching for ROB and Ultima. DarkMagician is capable enough, and he is with Rhys. I say we should all go in a large group of 7, agreed?" Everyone nodded. "Let's hurry!" Sakura said out, as they ran in...
DarkMagician and Rhys were walking along a long corridor in the second floor of the ruins. "So...you predicted I would run here?" Rhys asked, after DarkMagician told him of the events at home. He nodded. They carried on walking. "It still amazes me though..." Rhys started. "What does?" DarkMagician asked. "I am young and strong, right? Well I just got trounced by an old guy. It's amazing!" Rhys said in disbelief. DarkMagician stopped and laughed. "Fool! I have conquered enemies the likes of which you cannot begin to imagine. I have much experience, you had none, I trust our 'disagreement' back there taught you some lessons? Hahahah!" Rhys was about to reply, when he saw it. A trail of nuts and bolts along the floor up ahead. "DarkMagican...look at this..." He called out. DarkMagician put his glasses on. "...no..." "What is it?" Rhys asked, puzzled. "These...I think they came off ROB. He is an android you know...hmm..he must have been badly hurt. There are more scorches along the walls too...we MUST hurry." They ran up into the next room which was pitch black. "Here's the light switch!" Rhys activated it and DarkMagician shuddered at the sight on the floor...
Sakura and the rest had just entered the corridor before the room Rhys was in, when they heard a loud scream. "NOOOOOOO!!!" Everyone jumped. "That sounded like DarkMagician!" Infinete shouted, "Come on!" They all ran inside...
It was ROB:type-08. His body had been shattered utterly, and the smoke from the scorchmarks was still fresh. DarkMagician walked up to him. ".....It's irreparable...ROB is gone...forever...DAMMIT!" He punched the wall, and a piece crumbled off. Everyone else was silent. ".....We'd better hurry and try to save Ultima. I do not see any signs of him yet..." Sleppy said out quietly, and slowly. "...Indeed. That is what ROB would want. Come...let's hurry on!" DarkMagician replied, as he ran toward the next door. They all entered a small room, and found yet more bullet holes and scorch marks. As they walked through, Terra called out, "Wait! Look at this!" They ran back. It was UltimaGamer's Club of Laconium. It was split in half, and had blood on. "....." DarkMagician was silent. "I thought Laconium was unbreakable by any other material?" Rhys asked. "This is awful...these new enemies can break Laconium!?! Everyone, BE CAREFUL!" PETE shouted, as they continued walking...

Chapter 3: The First Encounter -Losing The Battle-Phantasy Star 3:G.O.D
As they walked through the next rooms, everyone was silent. They were all thinking about the situation, DarkMagician, Sakura, PETE, Infinete, Rhys, Sleppy and DAN. "ROB...you are gone...and Ultima....what of you?" "Poor ROB..." "We're fu**ed I think..." "Wonder what's for lunch?" "A new enemy huh? Bring it on!" "If Laconium can be broken...what about us!?" They entered a large room and found a body on the floor. "Ultima!!!" DarkMagician shouted, as he ran over. Ultima did not respond. He checked Ultima over. He had not aged as he was a neuman, but he was missing an eye. Probably from a recent battle...even so...DarkMagician felt a pulse. "Well?" Sakura asked. "...he lives! Hahah! He still lives! REVERSER!" Ultima regained consciousness. "W-what? DarkMagician...you made it then..." DarkMagician nodded. "...ROB sacrificed himself to save me...DarkMagician, I must tell you about this new enemy. It is almost invincible. It can break Laconium. I can only really describe it to you. If you see one...run!" Ultima paused. "So what do they look like!?" PETE asked. Ultima turned to him, and the others saw his missing eye. "Yaah! Ultima! Your eye..." Sakura blurted. "Yeah, one of these creatures shot it out...anyway here's what they look like." Ultima pulled out a sketch. They all looked. "...they look like nano dragons, except they're black with metal...let's refer to them as Cyber Dragons..." DarkMagician started, "Except for the laser beam eyes, guns, and white fire breathing ability?" Ultima laughed, and hurt his battered ribs. "Shii-ii-iit! Ultima...how are you alive?" Infinete asked. "I may very well not be." Ultima responded, tapping his nose. Infinete raised an eyebrow. "Look, I say what we should do now is stay in two groups. One group escort and help Ultima rest. One group come with me and we shall hunt these bastards down! Who's with me?" DarkMagician shouted. Just then, Rhys started to walk over to the wall, and he paused, facing DarkMagician. "Rhys?" Rhys pulled his sword out. "....What are you doing...?" Rhys ran towards DarkMagician and stabbed at him...
He missed DarkMagician's side by an inch, and a small Cyber Dragon roared, as it paused it's attack. "What!?! It was going to attack me!? Rhys, good work! Everyone, pick a party, heal Ultima or fight with me and Rhys!" DarkMagician yelled, as he punched the dragon. "Honestly..." He thought to himself, "Why do I pick today to leave my Magical Cards that I have been working on, at home?" Rhys slashed the Cyber Dragon's head, but nothing happened. "Damn! Ultima was right! They are invulnerable!" Rhys shouted angrily. DarkMagician punched the Cyber Dragon a few more times, and realised something, "Everyone...Ultima's spells did not affect it...Weapons won't affect it...try hitting it with your fists and legs! Unarmed fighting seems to affect it!" DarkMagician called out. The remainder of his team surrounded it, Rhys, Robin, Terra and DAN. They all started hitting it together. It roared in pain. "Migod! It works! If only ROB had realised..." DAN said sadly, as they all hit the Dragon. It tried to breathe fire on them then, and nearly everyone dodged it, except for DAN who was caught on the leg. "Eyeaah! My leg!" DAN screamed. DarkMagician called out, "DAN. Go with the rest of them, you need healing too." DAN moaned, as he hobbled out. "Damn you dragon!" DarkMagician shouted, as he pounded it hard, repeatedly. Rhys watched him, amazed. "He is old....and yet he is extremely powerful...maybe he wasn't lying about all those old adventures of his he told me about..." Just then, DarkMagician was caught in the chest by a full-on eye laser. "Ooouuufff..." DarkMagician wheezed, as he hit the wall behind, and went through. "Damn! The old man got hurt! Everyone, keep fighting!" Rhys screamed out, as the dragon, now thoroughly tired of these aches, began a new attack...
It leapt up, and unfolded it's wings in mid-air. A huge wave of fire swept the room. Everyone was hit, and all bar one were knocked out. "D-damn you to hell...bastard! Yeeeaarrrgggh!!!" Rhys shouted enraged, as he leapt at the dragon, kicking it in the head. It squealed in pain, and turning to Rhys, breathed a force ball at him. He screamed as he flew into the wall, and bounced off hard. He was still conscious, but he knew that just one more attack and they were finished. "Nnngh...I...must...get up..." Rhys moaned, as he tried to stand, but he could not. "It's over..." He whispered, as the Dragon walked over slowly...
While this had been happening, DarkMagician had just regained consciousness, and was watching the battle. "No! They're all down! What can I do now?! I'm too old to take it out alone..." A bright light appeared in front of him, and a younger version of himself appeared. "Shut up! Do not talk like that! If anything, you are more powerful than I was." DarkMagician watched, curious. "After all, you have perfected our RAGE technique have you not?" DarkMagician's eyes lit up. This apparition was right! And after being sent through that wall, and watching his friends fall, DarkMagician felt like some avengeful butt-kicking indeed...
DarkMagician leapt through the hole in the wall, and walked slowly towards the dragon. It was too busy taunting Rhys and getting ready to strike. DarkMagician stealthily walked up to it, and tapped it on the shoulder. It paused, then turned slowly, as DarkMagician uppercutted it powerfully into the air. Rhys stood up, laughing, "Hah.hah...hah! DarkMa...gician is kicking it's butt...ahahahah!" DarkMagician leapt up, and kicked it at Rhys, "Here, you try!" Rhys smirked, as he held his leg above his head, and smashed it heel-first down on the dragon's head. It hit the floor heavily, and stopped moving. DarkMagician landed, and, after casting Reverser on everyone, walked back to the house...

Chapter 4: Desperate Plans -Castle tune-PS3:G.O.D
"Ugh...so what you're saying is: These Cyber Dragons are beatable, but only by hand-to-hand attacks?" DAN asked, as he soothed his leg some more. "Yeah...but even so, that wasn't so hard..." Rhys responded. DarkMagician glared, as he stepped in, "You are wrong, Rhys. You were hard pressed! We only just managed to defeat that one, and it was a small one I believe..." Everyone went quiet. DarkMagician walked out, into Ultima's room. Rhys shouted out as he left, "Spoil-sport..." DarkMagician walked in. He looked around, it had been long since the room gave off Ultima's boosted magic aura, and with his return, it had started up again. He walked over to Ultima. "Hey...you better now?" Ultima grinned, "Yeah, better...I heard that battle was close though, so I am a little worried." DarkMagician nodded. "Anyway, now I am better, I will tell you of this new enemy. They are all cybernetic dragons, and there are only five. You have killed one, making it four left. Now, as far as I know, each one has a weakness, and can ONLY be hurt by that weakness. Before ROB was destroyed, he gave me THIS!" Ultima waved a capsule in front of DarkMagician. "Turn it on." He said. ROB's voice came out, "...ne...weak against oth.r cre..ur.s, on. .s .eak against magi...one hate. han....-hand ...fourt...affec..d by ma..cal artifacts...final one hurt by....." The capsule stopped. "Well?" Ultima asked. "Five dragons. The one that hated hand-to-hand is dead, that leaves four. They hate: Magic, Artifacts and other creatures...but the final one we do not know..." DarkMagician fell silent. "What do you think Infinete?" He called out. A loud swear word was heard, as Infinete stepped out of his hiding-place. "Well...uh...I think we need help with this caper. We cannot defeat all of these alone, if that was indeed the weakest one..." DarkMagician clapped his hands. "Agreed. We must contact Mini_Bert..." Ultima frowned, "Uuhh...DarkMagician? Did you forget? Mini_Bert is..." DarkMagician swore, "You're right! Well how about Logan? Surely him and the rest can help..." Ultima nodded. "Right. Let's all hold a large meeting with them."
Logan's quarters were bustling with talk. Everyone was there, Logan, Kinami, Snow, Duraku, Dale Bert, Giga Bert, Ultima, Sakura, Terra, Robin, Rhys, Infinete, Sleppy and DAN. Even Jamie, Aeris and Sephiroth managed to return from their holidays, and Nei returned from her adventuring. They were all talking about the new threat, as DarkMagician walked in slowly, wearing his glasses. Everyone went silent for him, as he started, "Hello everyone. Sorry for interrupting all of your activities, but you must be made aware of the new danger. Now...these Cyber Dragons are each vulnerable to certain items/attacks. You can read them in detail on the sheets we created. Now, as long as ONE lives, we are all in danger! You heard of what happened to ROB right? And Ultima's right eye is gone...so...what shall we do? I am open to suggestions!" Rhys stood up, "I say we hunt the bastards down right now! All of us just beat the s**t out of them!" DarkMagician shook his head. "Not an option...at least not yet..." Sakura stood up, "DarkMagician? I think we should do a little more research, so we know what we are up against..." DarkMagician nodded. "That would normally be a wise idea, but we must act quickly, as we don't know when they will attack again..." Logan got up, "Uuh...DarkMagician?" "Yes?" "I have an idea..." "Come on, out with it then Logan!" Logan cleared his throat. "Heh, I say we create three parties, Attack, Search, and Magic! Attack team will hunt down the first Dragon, Search team will look for the artifacts to kill the third Dragon, and Magic team will kill the second Dragon. What do you think?" PETE whistled. "Not baaad!" DarkMagician clapped his hands, "Brilliant! Everyone, choose the team you wish to join, ideally Hunters in Attack, Forces in Magic, and anyone for Search team. Come on! Hayaku! I know the Dragons locations, as last night I used a lot of my magic up to predict their locations. I will tell you in a minute. Also, when you kill them, return here and wait. So....let's go!" DarkMagician smirked, as everyone moved, "Yes!" He thought, "They may be getting old, but they are going on one last adventure..."
DarkMagician read the sheet Ultima and everyone left for him. It read: Attack-Sephiroth, Rhys, Logan, Giga Bert, PETE, Sleppy, DAN, Infinete. Search- Nei , Jamie, Dale Bert, Snow, Terra. Magic-DarkMagician, Sakura, Aeris, Ultima, Robin, Duraku. DarkMagician smiled, and talked to himself, "A good idea from Logan AND they all got organised...they have indeed gained wisdom with age all of them. Impressive..." "Wow! DarkMagician finally said something nice about me!" DarkMagician span. It was Logan. "Heheheh. Just came to tell you, Attack team is ready! Search team is ready! and Magic team are still waiting for you, so HURRY UP!!! ....heheh, bye!" DarkMagician gave Logan one of his mean looks, as he ran off. DarkMagician walked over to where the search team waited. " Nei , I have not seen you for a long time, what've you been doing?" Nei looked at him, "Oh! DarkMagician. I did not get a chance to tell you. I went searching the planet, and found a secret island! I am going to name it for myself after all this...and also...I found THIS in my travels..." She pulled out a staff. "....What is it? What does it do?" DarkMagician asked slowly. "Well....I don't know, but it looks like there are slots above...maybe for decoration?" DarkMagician looked at it, "Interesting...but we must hurry for the dragon first! My prediction was that it was wandering around the cliffs of Gal De Val. Let's go!" They ran into the telepipe...
Chapter 5: Attack Team: Part 1 -Dungeon-PSO3:G.O.D-
They teleported into the Mines. Logan came out first, along with Rhys and Sephiroth. Giga Bert, PETE and DAN walked in a three, leaving Sleppy bringing up the rear. They walked for a while and noticed something was amiss. "Logan..." He turned, it was Giga Bert. "What is it?" Giga Bert stopped and said, "Listen. Do you hear anything?" They all paused. "Nothing...where are the robots?" Sleppy asked. "Hold up...look!" DAN pointed down a hole he'd been looking at. They looked down. Hundreds of Gillchich's were laying in pieces at the bottom. There were bullet holes everywhere. Logan mouthed a curse, then, "Come on! We'd better hurry!"
They walked cautiously through the entire first floor, and encountered nothing, save destroyed machines and holes in the floor. Rhys took the opportunity to talk to each of the members he did not know. He looked at Logan, "Logan...you're a friend of DarkMagician's too?" "Heh, I hope so..." "Why?" "Every enemy we, and him, have had, has been destroyed by us all, so his enemies do not usually live long. Hence why being his friend is a good idea." "Oh...I see...perhaps you are right...I always thought he lied about all of his old adventures...so is it true about Rannu?" "Yep!" "And the Eight Sages?!" "Yeah. We had fun...at least until the sages destruction..." "?" "Giga Bert...you tell him..." Rhys shrugged. Giga Bert walked over, "It's like this, Logan had a brother called Albert. Albert was killed in battle, and we had a clone called Mini Bert made. Mini Bert also died at the defeat of the Sages..." Rhys was silent for a moment. "...I see..." He walked slowly, to allow the others to catch up. "Well," He said aloud, as everyone stopped, "I now know about most of you, and am glad to fight alongside you but...there is one I do not know..." He glanced at Sephiroth, who smirked. "So...who are you?" "Yeah, even we don't know you!" Logan chipped in. Sephiroth laughed out and called to them, "Rhys...Logan...Giga Bert... Tell me something...Did DarkMagician ever mention his past to you?" "Yeah." Logan replied. "Did he mention what happened to him when Dark Falz destroyed Pioneer 1?" Rhys nodded, "He said his mother, Aeris, died saving him and his sister..." "Did he mention his father?" Logan's eyes widened and his eyebrows lifted, as he realised. Rhys did not, however. "Yeah, he said his father was turned into a wicked man, and but for Dark Falz, he would have slain DarkMagician, his sister and mother." Sephiroth was warming to the theme, "And did he say his father's name to you?" Rhys went silent for a while, as he remembered, "Suh...Sephi...Sephiroth, I think!" Sephiroth nodded, "What is the point of this anyway?!? I still don't know, so tell me, WHO ARE YOU?" Rhys shouted, confused and irritated. Sephiroth brushed his long white hair back, and posed. "I, am Sephiroth, father of Nei and DarkMagician, husband of Aeris, and YOUR great-grandfather!" Rhys leapt up in shock, and DAN, PETE and Sleppy burst out laughing. "NO WAY!!!" Rhys screamed astonished. "Way." Sephiroth replied, laughing at him. Logan's eyebrows were raised so high now, they looked like they'd vanished altogether in his fringe. Suddenly, the ground shook. "Aaah!" DAN cried, as he fell over onto Infinete. Infinete had been looking down one of the holes, and pitched forward. "OOOHHH SHHIIiiiiii....." "Oohh...that's gonna hurt in the morning! Hahahah!" PETE shouted, as Sleppy lifted DAN up. As DAN was about to retaliate, the door nearby hissed open...
