So yeah, Pinkal finds it, but it's a lot easier in Skyly and Oran.

It's a rifle, a very crappy rifle.
It has low ATP, very low ATA (for a rifle), handgun range and weird bullets that cause you to miss often.
Only Rangers can use it.
It looks funny though

you could use a handgun from the shop with a hit% to make it, because alot of shop weapons have really good hits.
