In .hack//MUTATION, in the dungeon which Aura asked you to go to in Lambda server, there's an uber boss called Cubia.

How the hell do I defeat it!? The Gomora's keep getting in the way, and as soon as I kill one the damned Cubia Core respawns it! I've gone through two controllers trying to kill Cubia!

HELP!

Thats what I am stuck on.
The The Cubia core has two shields that it rotates with. the first time it will be a physical sheild so no physical attacks can get it. So that means focus on magic.
The second time it comes back it has a magical sheild so use physical attacks.
When the cubia core spaws all those little ones there is one important one in there called a somethinga-repth. As the name suggests it heals the cubia core.
So make sure to kill it. The only thing left to do is survive. =P

there is no way around it as its story relative just take many magic scrolls healing items and magic restoring items use speed scrolls as well to increase your members speed and actions and use magic when you must switching to physical attacks when you can by now kite should have several twin blade attack skills that hit multiple enemies around him use those as often as possible while ordering black rose to do continued specials on cubia it should take some time but you are almost garuanteed to win it also helps to make sure all of your characters have healing spells that can hit all nearby tagrets

I think mystral is fine for it anyway because she can use spells when the physical barrier is up.

You either need to train more or take another member that can cast spells and fight(Twin Blade preferably). Then when The core is magical resistance set Minstril to first aid and When it is physical set her to cast spells
