I'm havin troble keepin Shino alive in the offline mission "Seek my Master" i've tried handguns, mechguns, my Bronic, my agito, kiting, Rafioe and nuthing works ! She keeps getin slatghtered, and i have to restart the whole mission all over agian. This is also the last mission i need to beat in Hard. I'm a level 35 humar, my super charge mag is responsible for me getting this far.

if an npc is missing more than about 1/3 or 1/4 of their health and there aren't any enemies around, they'll use a trimate. if they get down to about less than 1/4 they'll use a trimate. they don't stack items like some people, so they only hold 10 trimates. once those are gone, if they aren't an android, they might use resta, but that's only if they have under 1/4 of their max. and Shino is a racaseal, so she'll never resta herself.

my tip, make sure she's at max health before all the enemies are dead, that way she'll use the trimates when she needs them and only then. and belras aren't good because they usually take her down to less than 1/4 hp in one hit, so take them out quick

she dosent last long enough to heal her self, i havn't got lvl2 resta yet. not sure why just hav'nt, i'll go look for it and others. thx

Do not forget the Star Atomizer! that heals BOTH of you fully!

Forest 2 runs ALWAYS GIVE AT LEAST ONE!

Guessing your on Normal, if so you should have no problems. But try to get a Freeze/Confuse type item (Rappy's Fan or H20 Justice) to prevent direct attacks and to mess about. And when you do this, make sure at the final room to use a slicer (Shotguns if Ranger) to hit the Dimenions around he Chaos Briger.

EDIT: WHOA, Hard Mode eh? I level 57 and I am still planning to beat all the Ruins. Did every mission and I have a super Rati Mag. I'm always once step behind in modes but never levels.

Resta and Star Atomizers will work but just try to get her stuck on a door frame or better yet get her stuck on one of the rooms that look like this door-----door

Me neither, all I understand is that went you enter the final room in Ruins 2 before Shino has her tumor is that there are
6 Dimenions, 3 on each side
1 Chaos Bringer, above Dimenions
Claws
8 Dark Gunners, get out your Freeze/Hell items
4 Delsabers occuring at middle and end
2 Chaos Bringers

sorry about that it didnt come out right and i had to leave so i could change it, its one of the rooms where there is like a hallway but with a path to a rectangle. i will try to draw it again there is a wall where i did not draw one

since you're a HUmar, try using Jellen. it's not THAT effective, but it might help a little bit. Also, position yourself so that you're taking the hits and Shino is standing a safe distance from you (she's behind you, facing your back). It's much easier to heal yourself than to heal an NPC, especially if you're not using a Force (you have to be the 'wall'). Other than that, Resta and Star Atomizers should work, and kill the enemies as quick as possible, especially the Chaos Sorcerors, Dark Belras and Chaos Bringers (if they're in that quest).
