You can tell Quistis is supposed to be like the tarty teacher of Final Fantasy.
Quistis hurries over to Squall's seat and starts spanking him with a ruler.
"You did not hand in the homework assignment, did you not? Squall is a very bad boy!"
Rinoa starts doing a strange hopping dance in the back of the classroom. Selphie looks very turned on. With a casual flick, ooopsies! Miss I tipped over the inkwell! Looks hopefully at Quistis.

heh, you almost spelled it right, Ultimecia, and I agree, that dog sucks, but she i probably the best her move that makes everyone invincible is great..i used that agains Ultimate weapon
