Not really.Everytime I see one I have a 1/24 chance of it droping.It doesn't go up.

I know I know....but supposedly it means every 21 Mil Lily kills you get a 1975 Agito Real.

Ouch. That's really bad luck. I thought it's more like 1 in 16... it took my friend (HUcast) 2 tries to get a Sange from a Mil Lilly, and I got my Caduceus after 7 tries.
