It's quite mad that they're still making games for SEGA Dreamcast! However, it sure isn't a bad fact i'm sure - Doesn't look too bad either
Do they have to reproduce it on SEGA Dreamcast discs though to get released properly? Surely that'd mean getting it published through SEGA, and i'm sure they wouldn't be able to see any point in doing so...

i can say that i am exited to see the capabilities of the game
(maybe for ps2 the game was too powerfull)

There seems to have been a steady but slow trickle of new Dreamcast shooters in Japan every year since it 'stopped'!
Hey, I can still..

It seems unusual to me that they would release a new game for a console that died out a few years ago. It may be true, maybe not, I don't know. But I won't hold my breath, especially since I no longer have a DC to use. But more power to them if they can get SEGA to allow the release.

the console did not died, it is more powerfull then a ps2, the only diference is that companies prefer making games for ps2 then for dc..

The reason behind that is simply because the DC was ahead of its time. It was what, two years before PS2? It's pretty much died here in the UK, I have a VERY hard time finding DC games in places other than car boot sales.
