I looked up the word "noob" on dictionary.com. It said that it means like a "new person". I don't know why anyone would just laugh after saying/hearing that word. . . Yet, I don't have the best sense of humor.:S

You have the word Newbie, which is, like a new person. from that derived the insult noob, which seems to be highly insulting to some :/
heres the best way i can define it :3

The word noob is derogatory. Used to insult newbies who are rude and won't type properly.
Did you know that Newbie is actually a surname? So is Newman. ^^ I wouldn't want to go online with my real name if it was Newbie. Thank goodness Noob isn't a surname!

They just start out annoying since they have no clue what to do in games. . . or whatever they just got into ( that reminds me of me

), but then they get good at stuff, and then they are accepted. There are the annoying types that believe they are just pros at the game even though they only played for an hour or day. . . GOD! They are annoying!

Noob is usually shown as n00b, for leet-speaking idiotic online pricks that think they can 'pwn' everything because they are so far up their own butts they can look out of their belly-buttons.

I take it that you have met some really "goddy" nOObs. That must really be a pain. . . I love my signature

Speaking of noobs... =>.>=
Well, I know I'll certainly be a newbie when I get online on PSU... but it shouldn't take me too long to get enough knowledge to know exactly how things work... after all... I go here. XD I've played offline to death pretty well so I at least know everything I need to know about photon arts as a Hunter.
