Who hated Eragon? Man, as a fan of the book, I was just frusterated! My sister and I watched it, and she and I were wierded out with one thing. Durza the shade's apperance changed two times?! First he had minimal scars and then right before the fight, he has milions of them!:S

I didn't read the book, and because I thought I'd be disappointed anyway, I didn't see the movie either. Sounds weird though, the whole scar thing.

It was actually kind of funny. When Durza was torturing Arya, he looked like a very ugly gothic child.

I don't want to list all the changed scenes. There are maybe at the top of my head 11 things changed greatly.

Haha, that sounds like a good one. I've seen pictures of this guy, he does look like an ugly gothic child normally.

I was squirming in my seat in the cinema first time I saw the trailer, thinking "OH MY GOD PANZER DRAGOON THE MOVIE!!!"... Then it said Eragon and I was just "WtF?"

I'll probably see it eventually though, even though I've not heard anyone say it was partiularly great.

i liked it.... it had dragons, swords, magical powers... and yes i will admit it... fancy pants!

and about the scars i thought the guy was in a constant state of decomposition or somthing... i mean he did get stabed between the eyes near the begining....

(i havent read the book either but the graphics of the dragon was realy cool)

I'm not telling you guys not to watch it, but I'm warning you that the movie will how to say? Um anger you if you read the book.

When Saphira said that her name was Saphira I thought: OH WHAT NOW?! YOU"RE GOING TO FORGET ABOUT THE MAIN CLIMAX OF THE STORY?!

Oh well. That goes to show how hollywood and producers work. . .

I wish they would focus more on the magic. . . it made me sad

and i sujest everyone watch it if they want and not be swayed by peoples feelings as they are all different.

i mean they bothered to make the movie, which means the creators of the movie found reason to like it, then im sure some can find it fun and enjoyable

if you hold on to one thing and only that thing, your going to miss out on alot ^^

I'll give it a suck/10 because it's the movie adaptation of a book that borrowed liberally, and by liberally I mean stole, from not only the Dragon Rider's of Pern series, but also Star Wars. And I've heard the books were horribly written. I'll stick to good American Fantasy.
