wat lv megid do i hav 2 hav 2 mak it hit alot? mine is lv 15 and does not hit alot

Calculating the power of Megid should be able to be done like this:

Lv.1-15: [3 x (TLv - 1)] + 27
Lv.16-30: [2 x (TLv - 1)] + 42

That considered, you take the target enemy's EDK and subtract your power, giving you your final chance for success. Because enemies have typically high EDK in most areas, your best bet is to use it only in CCA and Seabed. I recommend at least a Lv.25 or so tech before using it seriously.
