Dressing Room in blue burst

I've read that you can access the dressing room numerous ways in all the PSO games, but the one in particular i'm looking for is Blue Burst. I've read two different things. That;

A: I need 3000 "points" (gamefaqs)
B: I need 100,000 meseta on me, then when i get the character select screen i have a dressing room option.


I have no idea what "points" are, and i have the 100,000 meseta but the option never comes up.

i will asume your on sthchack servers and not on official servers.

if you are on the private server, simply create a team, no points are needed in the team so basicly the dressing room will be avaiable, in anycase i beleive the meseta cost is disabled.

as for official servers, create a team and gain 3.000 points, this can be done by trading items for points, i beleive you need to select team on the menu in the game (the menu where you see your exp, meseta, items.......), in this case, you need 100.000 meseta as in previous versions to actually use the feature.

In response to the points thing: why would you need to make a team to get dressed? honestly, is your character so retarded he needs someone to help him put on a shirt?

i beleive pso bb in the official servers have things to be unlocked, one of those things was the dressing room, at stchack you still need to make a team, but once you do one, every unlockable becomes avaiable, including dressing room at 0 points

Which one is it? Schthack has all quests unlocked from the start, so I don't know.
