Hey,
This thread is to discuss the new xbox eperience (duh), it's apperently comming out this fall of 2008, but i would like to hear what ote people have to say, rumors, official annoucements or just your opinion on wheather its gonna be good/bad....I personally cant wait

I think it's going to be great. Looks really well designed, sleek and outright sexy IMO! Putting games on the HDD will be ace aswell, despite needing the disc in to run it anyway, but at least load times will be shorter!
Can't say I won't miss the current dash though, it's been my home away from home for nearly 3 years! ^_^

It's the new dashboard. If you're familiar with the current dash, its a series of blades you can switch between. Now they're updating it completely. You can see a preview video

Avatars and primetime aside, i like the sound of the 8-way group chat, seems like a good idea to me, 1 on 1 chats help organize ames but 8 way will be a majour conveinience for making quite large games, whitch are always fun, like playing infection on halo is most fun with more than 6 people so....also i belive the dling of games on the HDD may be good, but seems like a rip off of ps3, not saying this is a bad thing, i just hope it takes less then 500 mb for games, if its more, it may just be a majour problem for those with many games

They won't be anywhere near as small as that man, most game DEMOs are more than 500mb, full games are usually a couple of GBs or more. :O
I do agree though, a few of the ideas are stolen from the Wii (avatars) and the PS3 (HDD ripping) but it just adds more to the superior Xbox Live. Neither of the other consoles come close to the current Xbox Live in the online department, so adding a few "similar" ideas can't hurt that much.
Should be good.

but that means only a few games are going on the HDD >.< but yes even though its from another console, it just improves the already awesome 360 degrees of box!
