Clash of the Titles!
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
Vs.
Harvest Moon: It's A Wonderful Life!

Here's a small question that i somehow made into a contest! Hmm...maybe it could become a regular feature! Anyways...

I have decided after this friday to get a game as a special easter treat for myself! But i'm confused over which game to get!! :S

I have wanted Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for a while as it looks like a brilliant game, but then again so many of you have said that one player mode is lame, and the best feature about FF: CC is the multiplayer which is awesome. As tempting as that sounds, i doubt i'll be playing multiplayer much, if at all due to me being the only person i know with a GBA!
Lately though something has come over me and i've had a sudden urge to want to play Harvest Moon: It's a Wonderful Life! I don't know why, maybe its the fact that its been sunny lately, and the Devon air has come to me and given me the urge to want to farm! I can't explain why, but i've read reviews, seen screenshots, and the game actually looks like nothing i've ever played before, but something i'd enjoy (I never played Harvest Moon 64).

Well anyways, maybe you lot can help ol' Unkie Yoshi with some wisdom for those who have experienced playing, or maybe own Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles & Harvest Moon: It's a Wonderful Life!
(Also, do you think this would make for a good regular feature? ^_^)

Well, uncle yoshi,I'ma thinkin' yer got er seriouse problme there'!
(First, know that I don't own either of them).
I think FF:CC is acceptable on sp,but does suck, and since u don't have many friends with the gba,it wouldn't be very good...
Harvest Moon....I really don't apreciate it much, but each person with it's own tastes=P(But I think it's a good game for it's genre). Smile

Yeah, if you don't have many people to play with, don't bother getting FF: CC. Lionheart was lucky enough to have a few friends, including me, who were willing to invest in GBAs and link cables to play. Multiplayer is really fun on that game, but like you said, single player mode can suck hardcore. Go with HM.

I might be a bit Biased because I love Final Fantasy.
Go for FF:CC It's fun exciting and evreything! I found myself indulged into FF:CC's plot as more and more unlocked.

Pfft If I wanted to grow vegtables I would buy a farm or help Old MC DONALD down the road for some cash.

Both games are good but if you want action choose FF:CC, if you want spend a long time doing chores, choose Haverst Moon. One cool thing about harvest moon is having to chat up someone to get married...funnny as F.

lol, forgot to post obviously yesterday, but i went out and bought Harvest Moon: It's A Wonderful Life! (At the time is was a 2:1 situation really).

The game is somehow not as good as initially thought, but definately grows on you and is hella addictive! I played for almost 4/5 hours straight before realising it had got dark!

Great game, still wanting to play Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles though!

FF:CC.
i got it. and i loved it at 1st.
but it gets SO repetitive. u kill everyone in the same way.
once u have a cure stone then its almmost i mpossible to die.
fight a bit, run away, cure then fight a bit more. same formula 4 bosses. so i t realy suks. and me or my mates dont have GBAs so icoudlnt play multiplayer.
but then again ive never played Harvest Moon, but it looks... interesting...
You cried, and i wiped the tears from your face.
You screamed and i fought away all of your fears.
I've Held your hand all of these years,
yet you leave me here,
to bleed
to die
alone...

Final Fantasy is crap compared to Harvest Moon. It's basically Animal Crossing according to IGN's magazine.

That's exactly how I felt. Harvest Moon just seems like there is a lot more variety of things to do than in FF: CC.
