Used PSO?

Ok, since we can't find any new copies of PSO in ANY EB there (they said ST discontinued them new) my friend is left with the alternative of buying one new off like amazon.com for $100 or buying a used one. Now, the only thing about this is that when I bought a used copy of pso for the DC once (v2) and I tried to use the key but it was already used! So, if my friend buys a used one for the GC are we going to encounter the same problem? I kinda think we will but we are being left with little to no other choices.
I heard that you can contact ST somehow and they will give you a new Serial Number and CD Key, but does any one here know how to contact them?

I'm not sure about getting a new key but your friend should contact the seller before he buys it and see if the seller has used the serial key

Only buy it if it hasnt been used, at least online. The only other option would be to buy from eBay! There's always factory new ones available. DC versions are still available to buy from eBay probabily!

If you do buy it and the serial key has already been registered, then either take it back (Make sure thats ok beforehand), or try contacting Sonic Team via. E-mail.

If in America i would most likely suggest [email protected] I think thats the E-Mail addy anyways. Ill check if you really need it.

You should still be able to find some PSOs online. If you live in England/Europe, HMV usually have a large stock on them, at least in the stores I've been too... But if you can't buy online, I think HMV would be your best. Or Gamestation.
