I found it with my REDRIA hunter. It's for lv 6 people, but it doens';t look special or anything o_O

you can use certain amplifiers on it (example: amplifier of zonde) and it will turn into a merge and it will then amplifie that tech (example: ZONDE MERGE amplifies the tech zonde)

what you need is a amp of yellow or a zonde. u equip the yellow barrier and use the amp of yellow at lv24/6 it will boost all zonde techs by 30% or in a zonde amp case its 40% in power Big Grin

Though it's not really worth bothering with em' unless you really want to boost that tech with more than just the shield; i.e. storm wand:Indra,.... :bandit:

The resta/shifta/deband merge create sparks and double its effective range which rules!.
