Universal offline serial number and access key?

Hi all ^^ Nice to meet you!
If I post here today, it's bescause i got a problem with my Phantasy Star Online Game on Dreamcast. I bought the game about 3 years ago in a used-games-selling store, but i've never played. Why?

When I select New Game or Options, the first thing they ask me is to enter an access key. I heard this information was on the cd-case or on the package, but i only got the GD-Rom, the instruction manual and a Cd-Case(not the original tho...).

The message i get is "Since this is your first time using PSO, please enter your serial number and access key." then it said something about how the codes are related to your Character so are required or something.

I heard on the web that there was a universal offline serial number and access key, but never found it. And since i don,t use to speak english, i don,t want to call SEGA... Anyway, it's saturday. If someone have some informations on the universal serial and access key, i'd like to know it. Thanks ^^

Hmmmm... my friend has a dreamcast version that he doesnt play anymore, and never went online with, maybe he knows the access code and stuff ill see if he can PM you about it... :bandit:
