How do I turn right arms etc. into weapons?

How do I turn these parts of enemys into weapons: Hildebear's head, Rappys wing, Booma's right arm?

Actually i thinkl the quest you need is dr osto's research you will find montague in the lobby

here there's the right quests then go out on unsealed door gc or xbox dont matter there the same leave the guild and strait ahead of you on the left Dr Montague give him the items and he makes the weps

omg gotien can tell you thats the third time ive said that in less than 24hours
