I am currently looking for a moola, and i need to know if there is a mission which has alot of poison lillys in, or should i just do normal cave runs. Please aid me in my quest for the summit moon

vhard redria addicting food over and over again would be your best bet.
unless you want to try to get it from a sinow...

interesting chances:

greenill, bluefull, purple, yellow: vhard - pan arms : 1/42

redria: vhard - poison lily (caves) : 1/512


addicting food has 7 pan arms in Addicting Food (caves 3) and 62 poison lillies
ice spinner (online) has 53 lillies and 5 pan arms.
better way online: do ttf runs on vhard. youre at the pan arms within 5 minutes, 4 pans there. repeat before (or if you want the exp after) de rol le.

whos in normal? if you were refering to me, im level 121, i think i am well beyond normal and where can you find a moola in normal?
