1.i do the one that you have to help the retire hunter kill 99 more monsters
2.i go to the ruin to level up
3.i go to the mines i like to machines in there
4.i think the ruins give you the most mesta

After you've gone through the first 2 or three offline quests there's no need to train anymore.
Everthoing else depends on what level you're at.
To level up do the first 2 legs of the TTF quest (only) over and over again, the second two take almost 3 times as long but you don't get three times the experience.
After repeating TTF over and over any quest would be a welcome change for fun, even Rappy holiday!
To get meseta, it's best to sell found armor and sheilds, so go through ruins and sell your bootey.
Items depend on where your at in the game and what you want. Most of the items I have yet to find are in the ult. lower seabeds. I'm not really looking for anything new, I like the set up I have.
