I didn't look at his siggy...hmm... But Mini Bert, you're far too quick to judge. Did you think of trading? If he claimed he found such items, then yes he is lying, but so far, I don't think he has found any of them.

Most trades are illegit anyway.

My best rares are a Red Handgun/Saber, Stag Cutlery & Double Saber, and my several pairs of Twin Psychoguns.
Now, it's entirely possible that he traded for it, although it was probably either illegit, or the guy who gave it to him was nearly out of his mind. 
Are so many trades illegit though? I plan on getting on this holiday season, once, for trading (haven't decided what to offer though), and I'm not worried because I know some people who can spot such trades, but... it'd kinda be a letdown if so many people do illegit trading. :ermm:
