what do i do with my plantain leaf

i recently found with my redria a plantain leaf but i don't know what to do with it, it says it grows powerful when water is near but so far its done nothing

get online and trade photon drops at gallons shop for magic water and use it with the platain leaf
it'll chage to plantain fan or platain huge fan or something like that

according to pso-world a magic water cost 16 pd's minimum in gallon's shop

using it on a plantain leaf gives a plantain fan, 11 star wand that does a "penetrating blob of wind" according to this site

using water on a fatsia gives the much better plantian huge fan, an 11 star partisan (w/ mst requirement so forces can use it) that also does a wind blob

i have never seen either of the fans but i have both the leaves, and i can't upgrade my fatsia because i'm offline, so i don't quite know what the wind blob does but my guess is it pushes the enemies back
