Can someone explain, or give me a program that will allow me mod this sites avvys or to create the little .gif avvys for my own. Like the little PSO people ones......I know it can be done, I just don't know how.

http://www.gimp.org, its a nice little program not the best, but it gets the job done, and the best part is its free!

-.- I used to be really computer literate, not so much anymore. I understand nothing in this interface, or program. Of course I only gave it a glance. A day when I have more time I'll give it a closer look. I think I asked more than I bargained for.
