Hey everyone...im new here. Alrite, mebe a little PSO backround first, ive had PSO for a little under a month now, im a lvl 36 Fonewearl, and im currently playing through mines on Hard. Now my question, ive read some things on mergers. Example, if you get an amplifier of barta or something, then i read u should merge it with a 'blue' item or somethign along those lines. And im confused, so if someone could help me out, that would be great.

hi, thar called merge barers and amps the way thay werk is u need for exampol a assist barer equiped and a amp of shifta u use the amp and ull get ether a shifta barer or a shifta merge or some name like that whut the mergis do id thay incres the power and distens of the spell

You can find things called Amplifiers. These are merged with special barriers. If you find an Amplifier of Foie, Gifoie, or Rafoie, or Red and you find a Red Barrier (it is in a blue box, not a red box), then you can merge them. The single coloured amps (Red, Blue or Yellow) increase the power of all those coloured techs. The actual spell amps (like zonde, gibarta) only do them spells, so it's better to wait till you get an amp of a colour and that colour barrier.

The merges increase the power of those techs but are not very good for increasing defence. Only good for forces and then you really only use them on bosses.
