Welcome!
Are you online or offline? If you are offline only, quests are a good way to get exp. If you can go online, try and go online to raise levels as monsters are generally more abundant.
I woldn't waste grinders or add slots until you find good stuff to use them on.
If you need anything more specific just ask. Everyone will help. You just have to learn as you go with PSO really.

sorry. anywayz ,welcome, enjoy your stay, and if you like coffee, we will gladly offer you some , alon gwith meat, and cookies. also for right now( the period that you are offline) just try leveling up a bit, so people wont call you noob, or anything like that, and try to find good items, they wont appear that much in normal, but when you get to hard, things will surely change.
