what is the best mag to make and what are the best levels for the different ones?

im just wondering wich mag is the best mag to get and what level are their different types of thing like mental power def accuracy and what ever else im missing?

This here is a lot of info about all of mags. The PB's they learn, requirements, specials, looks.... You will also find links to Special Mag info and to feeding charts. In the "Calculators" section of the main site there is also a handy dandy mag calculator.

i say nidra personally, theyre cool and have awesome feeding tables...

0.25 MIND or POW per a dimate/fluid, yup. The invincing special is also helpful in certain situations. Roy also has characters with their own Shifta/Deband, so getting mags other than Nidra (easiest to raise), Sato (harder, but not too hard, looks cute), and maybe Bhima (takes too long to raise and it does S/D at full PB so that's a waste), would be pointless because the specials they do.
