what is the point in cheating?

what is the point in cheating??? it takes al the fun out of the game and makes it flat! there is no value in being invincible or having loads of money if you think the game is pants cause it is too easy! and then you complain!

Umm....the people that cheat..me NOT being one of them...say that cheating makes it funner...some people cheat in the way they cheat to get really good items, the best possible..and they say it's fun to do that because other people are always complimenting you, etc.

Although I agree with you...cheating is pointless...I suppose it would put games in different perspectives...

for Example: GTA's...they are fun...but also fun in a different way with cheats..

I'm against it all. Well, except if you can't find a certain item and you've been loosing sleep over it, haven't showered in weeks, or even turned off the game.

yup, it depends what game- i think its stupid cheating on PSO, but on gta, if you want to get somewere fast, then sure, get a jump jet... i have nothing against that, but this game isnt a cheating game

Meh, if you like to cheat cheat but dont do it online because it messes up other peoples games. Haven't we had this topic like x amount of times before?

well i suppose that the cheating you refer to is not too bad...but i still wouldnt. maybe i am just stubborn! oh and i am a new member to the site so forgive me for the repetitive thread. :'(

No they had a thread about something else...and then everyone started talking about cheating...but I hate cheating...thats why I hate GTA

Personally i think cheating is wrong. I know i use it on GTA all the time but to me thats different because you can get cooler weapons.

i had a stint where i would use all the big head cheats on Q3TA and UT2004 but thats cause i was fed up of getting shot in the head! for some reason having a big head was better than a small one! :O
