I am going to say no because when sega announced episode 4, blue burst was already out and being beta'd on. But than again blue burst has a lot to do with what happens in episode 4...so its kinda iffy. BB definately came out before Ep 4 though

Episode IV is a part of Blue Burst - Its an expansion pack which seems like it will be released seperately after a while. It is not a part of the BETA test either... at least, not at the moment.

yes but i was just on the net looking and there is a Phantasy Star online Blue Bust and a Phantasy Star online Blue Burst Episode IV and you saying that PSO blue bust is already out !!!

I meant the japanese blue burst came out before they announced Ep 4 in japan

Thats because Episode IV is an EXPANSION PACK to Blue Burst. You need to have both games to play Episode IV - Niether of which is out yet.

i dont think they have been released yet but id say probally after ther beta "runs out" so around june july
