i got a little problem

Hey...I just got Pso blue burst and err i installed it and patched it up then i registered it then i go to the main login in screen and its got start game (Witch is grayed in) exit game, patch download and register userID so i click of UserId and then it says Input userId so i try to and i cant type for some strange reason....so what going on?

• Go to: Contol Panel, and open up Regional Settings & Languages
  
• Go to the Languages Tab
  
• Click 'Details' under 'Text'
  
• Add Japanese as another language (Dont delete English unless you can read JP fluently!)
  
• Apply the settings and exit the menu, starting up PSO: BB
  
• When entering your Game ID, hold down the left 'Shift' and 'Alt' keys until some Japanese Text appears next to the box. Now you should be able to enter any text you like!
  
• You can now delete these settings if you like, however its recommended you save your Game ID and Password at the Options screen so you dont have to go through all of that again!

There we go, the exact same answer, to the exact same question! XD
