Questions about Mag Raising...

Well, I looked at the Mags list, but I don't get what:

DEX > MIND > POW ( DEF < 45 )

Means. It doesn't matter what Mag this belongs too, but I need to know what that means. I know what:

DEF + MIND = POW + DEX

Means, but not the above.

3 things:

--The MAG's DEX statistic has to be greater than its MIND statistic.
--Its MIND statistic has to be greater than its POW statistic.
--The MAG's DEF should be less than 45.

For example, the following MAG's stats fulfill these conditions:
Def=20
Pow=20
Dex=40
Mind=35
