photon drops for percentages?

i remember someone bringing it up in a topic i read but i forgot witch one. anyway could some one give me a little bit of detail as to how one might do this.

uhm, pd's are the easiest thing to get man lol just kill shizit loads of enemies and break boxes chances are youll get those more than anything lol

if i remember right, you go in to west tower quest talk to the guy under the medical post, and finish the quest get the info off the computer and give it to the guy.

then do the east tower quest, talk to the guy again he is in the same place. search all the hallways and doors for another computer after you beat the quest and talk to the guy again.

go in to the gallons shop quest talk to the guy, he will bring you to his fater and his father will put %s on your weapons

What's funny is: if that's all you know, and you didn't even know that ............

There are certain restrictions on the % adding too:
- can't do it to S-Rank weapons
- can't add hit%
- can't have %'s in 4 areas, 3 max
- can't add 30% with a Sphere if the weapon already has 75%+ in that area
