What level do you need to be....

I was doing a Free Battle Quest, "Scandal 3" and the enemy Arkz summoned a Delbiter. I want one. Really bad. No, worse than that. Does anyone know what CLv you need to be to find it?

This is why I want it so bad: unshuffled battles
- turn 1: play Flatland, Dice+1
- turn 2: play Delbiter, free of cost; place him anywhere on the field; do HP Attack > DK Attack

That requires a high roll, but it'd be awesome..... because Delbiters have 25 HP!!!!! 25 x 1.5 = 37!!!! That'd nearly destroy Castor!

well all i know is the higher the rank of the card the higher level you need to find it.
You might get lucky and a card will transform into a Delbiter but its all luck.

Hehe, yep, most of the cards you get is luck. It all depends on the rank you get at the end of the battle aswell in many ways. The better the rank, the more likely you are to find new and rarer cards.

Well I'm level 30 now (sig is way WRONG).... do you think that's anywhere close?

Probably not. But seriously, it's not that big a deal. You don't need one massive attack to beat castor << Delbiter is a pretty rare card. Be patient, and play over and over again, you'll get it eventually. I mean, I'm only like....CLv 38 or something, and I have 73% or so of all the cards. Just play hard and over and over >>

I think I started getting much rarer cards in my late 40s... I got a Delbiter at around lv48 I think. I'm lv51 now, and I've got quite a few S and SS cards, and doubles too.

So yeah, I think luck increases a load once you get past lv45 ish maybe.
