In what way? Im not even sure if it was a hack. My sis switched users on the computer, then when I got back, it was like this.

Looks like a system error to me, I don't see something like that being caused by a hacker. I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling Blue Burst, maybe that should fix your problem.

Actually I'm just messin with you. I've seen a few people switch text to ASCII like that on PSO for them, but never for other people. I'm sorta confused here

I've had that message before when I've been playing the game and then have left it running (on the title screen or in-game, it doesn't matter). I turned off my screensaver and it stopped, so maybe you ought to give that a try if you are using one.

Maybe it doesn't like having users switch on you, since when I quit my screensaver it would come up with the welcome screen again.

I 'just' remembered, mine gives me that message if I close my laptop screen or go into a fullscreen program besides PSO.

I have never had this, my guess is it's some kind of in-activity runtime error. Its nt a hacker, thats for sure. If it was the message would say "you hav3 b33N t3H pw/\/3d!"

Yea, it must me that. Though it's not just writing in another language. Its got like, symbols in it. (Ex: 3/4) Must be the user switching thing.

It's just an error message that hasn't been translated. It's trying to display Japanese text, but since your system font isn't capable of displaying it, it does what Windows does best, and just screws it up .
Nothing to worry about I think.
