God/Battle is exclusive to Redria, 1/394 drop from Hildelts and Gibbles.
Maybe you meant Heavenly/Battle, which can only be found from Ult Del Rappies by Viridia and Bluefull. The rate from Del Rappy is 4.687%, so going by the 1/512 REAR it would take 10,924 Rappies on average.
