question about berserk special

I was just wondering if the HP sacrificed while using a weapon with a berserk special is a set amount, or if it's based on something else(like % of total HP, level, etc.). Any feedback would be appreciated.

tbh im not realy all that sure but depending on what weapon it is i think theres a % that increases or decreses. eg the double guns. cant remember what there called i think its the m & a 60 vice has that effect. i think it drains 10% per hit. but in a 3 hit combow ur acctually hittin 9 times meening 90% of ur health will have gone.
best thing to do is b carefull with it. i remember my m8 used to use it on the boss while my force was using resta non stop lol. it was a gr8 combow

Thanks for the info. The M&A 60 Vise was the weapon i was wondering about. I've been using it since about halfway through hard and every time i use it(which isn't very often), it seems to drain a large amount of HP.

It's 1/4 of your HP per berserk hit. The thing with berserk is, you have to be ready to heal yourself after using it... so it's not reccomended for droids (unless you happen to be playing online with a particularly generous FO).

u sure that i miht b 1/4 i though it was that at 1st but i think it depends on the weapon.

it the vise took 1/4 each time ud b dead2 times over after the combow lol

Link: 3 things.

1. It's always 1/4... then a 1/4 of that, which means you drain less HP each time. You will never die from berserking since it stops at 3 HP. Just a suggestion, why not actually try USING a Vise and see for yourself? >_>
2. *points at sig* RAnewman?? O_O do you even READ your character classes? They're right on the freakin' character select screen. There is no RAnewm/RAnewearl. *falls on the floor*

Yeah, it just causes that cute little Rag Rappy to get ya' two seconds later.

The only advantage of Beserk over Charge is that it is more accurate, but I still like charge more because it won't get you killed so fast.

After 9 straight M&A Vise special hits, you will be at 7.5% of your max HP... That is low enough to cause your mag to do a special occasionally though... that just gave me an idea......

Which is exactly why charge abusers suck. Charge is the cheapest special ever, do not use it.

I haven't used it in months.
a) I haven't had the Meseta since I first farmed those mags... and then did it again
b) my characters are strong enough they can do damage better without it.

I haven't used Beserk in even longer though. (My first impression upon using a Vise was "Where'd my HP go?! Gah! *Rappy peck!* *dead* I'm not doing that again...")

Yeah, that happened to me as well. The first time I used Beserk I realised that I was then dead from a creature I expected to survive a hit from. (It think that it was an Evil Shark.)

I only use Beserk now against the Dragon, since I have lots and lots of time to heal.

Still, I think that you have a decent idea going whiteninja... With an invincing mag...
